3. What if you are not able to collect?
Cabot is a part of a national attorney referral service. If an account is not able to be collected, with your permission and an account meeting certain criteria, we will forward the account onto an attorney in the debtor's area who specializes in collection. Cabot spends a great deal of time rating the service we get from each attorney to insure you get the best possible representation available.
